It’s the start of the new year, and I know many of you are in planning mode, setting ambitious goals for 2025. It’s a time of excitement but also some uncertainty.

As I record this episode, Mark Zuckerberg has just announced that Meta will be removing fact-checking and a whole lot of policies on their platforms – they say that it’s to streamline things, but in all honesty it’s going to make these platforms even less trustworthy for consumers.

I think it’s absolutely imperative that small business owners take control of their own destiny and do not rely on these platforms as your only method of communicating with your audience.

And there is no way to take control of your destiny if you intend on winging it with your business or marketing this year.

So, today, we’re diving into how to use data when setting your goals and building out  your growth plans for the year.

If you’ve ever felt stuck or wondered how to achieve consistent sales—even during slower periods—this episode is for you!
