Universal Analytics is saying goodbye at the end of June 2023, to be replaced with Google Analytics 4.
I know it’s very annoying having to learn a new platform and set up a new integration when you’ve already got the old one in place…
But…if you’re currently using Universal Analytics based tracking on your website you need make sure you’re migrating over to the new GA4 version so that you don’t lose any data.
Google Analytics are moving away from tracking page views and replacing that with event-based tracking. This new version will be more flexible and more accurate – which is what we want.

Recorded by Narelle, our team’s Shopify guru, along with an overview showing you how to read the new reports.
