As you would know, if you’ve been listening to the last couple of episodes, I’ve dedicated this month to all things planning.
It’s January. Now is the time of the year where you want to be putting in a system that will step you through not only WHAT you want to achieve in 2021 but also HOW you’re going to achieve it.
But so many people get excited at the start of the year and plan up big things without figuring out how they’re going to achieve it, or even worse, they put it on the shelf to gather dust and they never look at it again! They end up getting to the end of the year thinking, “Oh, what was I supposed to do this year?” and finding that it’s completely different to what actually happened. We don’t want to set ourselves up for failure in that way.
There has to be a better way!
The answer is about REALLY figuring out the kind of business that you want to be growing and being very intentional about it.
And it’s so much more than just setting a revenue goal.
