Let’s face it, no one’s business is always sunshine and roses. We all go through downs as well as ups along our entrepreneurial journey.
And if we know that’s normal and common for all entrepreneurs then the experience feels a lot less isolating!
Like so many of us, today’s guest Ann had an a-ha lightbulb moment when she experienced a problem personally and couldn’t find a product or solution readily available to buy.
And that gave her the product idea for her business.
She’s since gone on to build a multi-million dollar business in just a few short years.
In the beginning, she worked very long hours, doing everything herself, sacrificing time with family and friends.
Exhausting herself to the point of burnout.
But now Ann operates out of her own warehouse and with the help of a team so she can continue to grow in a more sustainable way.
In this episode, Ann gives us an insight into the marketing strategies she used to launch and grow her business initially, compared to what’s working for her now with her marketing.
And she shares how she found her way through the tough times, to now being in a much better place in terms of her business growth as well as her personal energy and mindset.
