We’re here! We made it to 2023!
And in this first episode of the new year I want to help you create a vision for your business , to be crystal clear on what you hope to achieve, and most importantly, WHY you want to achieve it.
But I hear you say “Cath, how I can plan for anything any more? The last 3 years just threw constant curve balls!”. And didn’t it what!
But you know what, curve balls or no curve balls, it’s up to you as to whether you are able to steer your business through 2023 towards something you deeply know that you want and why OR you automatically fall back on habit and do what’s familiar.
Which means you end up passively doing what you did in the past. Not only will this lead – at best – to the same results you had last year, it also kinda sets you up for struggle. Because you end up ill equipped to navigate any curve balls ahead.
